Spam Question???
 

Quick Question for the well established webmasters out there.

Say you have an America Online account. You create a screen name like HotJennieHere. You make a profile with a link to your website. Then you turn your away message on and just sit in a chatroom. Would that be considered spamming? I've noticed alot of people doing this. Just wondering if sponsers consider this a form of spam.

technically that wouldn't be classified as spam, because it's not unsolicited, but thats a shady practice, and i'm sure your sponsors wouldn't really like it. you'll find out if it's really considered spam if your account gets suspended :)
