I found this site.

I think this is a very very clever way to promote sites.

I think if done in adult it could convert to sales.

See what you think and how adult sites could use it for there sites.

DVTimes 10-01-2010 08:27 AM

bump................

pornguy 10-01-2010 08:33 AM

Damn you.. Why post an actual business thread when i have work to do?? Huh???

Crap. Let me look and bump for you.

DVTimes 10-01-2010 08:35 AM

I see this as a clever tool.

But its how to intergrate.

pornguy 10-01-2010 08:37 AM

Hehhe.. nice And some good info.

Yes

But if its got adult adverts like this, and say its on a forum its a great way to force people to look at your add each day.

StinkyPink 10-01-2010 08:42 AM

Makes sense.

Ethersync 10-01-2010 08:45 AM

This is actually clever. I like it.

pOrRiDgE 10-01-2010 08:45 AM

Where did the money from my mothers inheritance go to you bastard???

_Richard_ 10-01-2010 08:49 AM

i honestly cannot remember one single ad that thing runs, and i search that forum a lot.

i think the frustration peeps have when having to use that stuff overwhelms any chance of branding.

well i think the fact that it forces you to read the advert as well as type in the info, ie

it could be somthing like:

rosecabs.com is great

does mean you know your advert is being seen.

i bet it would have more chance of being clicked on than a banner does.

DVTimes 10-01-2010 08:56 AM

it could re-loaunch the pay per click system.

put somthing like this on your site and get paid per use.

great for dating sites i would think.

DVTimes 10-01-2010 08:58 AM

i suspect for programe owners witha programer it would not be too hard to set up.

even if its only used on there site.

ie

many nats programes i find now have captcha when you enter your password.

at least somthing like this would make the system they use look much better.

Allison 10-01-2010 08:59 AM

It would be cooler if it were realistic that adult companies could get mainstream companies to enter their brand name.

Agent 488 10-01-2010 09:00 AM

horrible idea. since captchas are such a frustrating and despised tool, associating your brand with it is brand suicide.

if i had to type your website ten fucking times just to login to my email i would develop a severe hatred for it.

stunningly bad idea. only use for it would be to run your competitors on it.

it very well could be a great branding/advertising method. in my experience, when searching, i am 1. very interested in getting to what i am searching for and 2. get frustrated with having to input this sort of thing just to search

JenC 10-01-2010 09:05 AM

What do you get for being a publisher? It doesn't mention commissions or anything.

CPimp 10-01-2010 09:06 AM

They don't have any inventory for adult. I am with them for mainstream.

JenC 10-01-2010 09:06 AM

Here it is:
# a) When Advertisements Sold and Served By Solve Media. In full and complete consideration for the licenses and other rights granted hereunder, Publisher shall receive forty percent (40%) of Net Revenue, and Solve Media shall receive sixty percent (60%) of Net Revenue when Solve Media sells Advertisements. Such revenue split may be changed by Solve Media in its sole discretion at any time during the Term upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Publisher.
# (b) When Advertisements Sold By Publisher and Served by Solve Media. In full and complete consideration for the licenses and other rights granted hereunder, Publisher shall receive eighty percent (80%) of Net Revenue, and Solve Media shall receive twenty percent (20%) of Net Revenue when Publisher sells and Solve Media serves Advertisements. Such revenue split may be changed by Solve Media in its sole discretion at any time during the Term upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Publisher.

Agent 488 10-01-2010 09:06 AM

that`s like hiring someone to walk around town and kick random people in the nuts while shouting your brand name.

i am posting this as an example - rather than the firm.

I would presume others could set up adult versions of this site.

sorry

i was not sugesting using them.

I posted a link as an example of what i think could be set up in adult. possibly even better.

I am sure there are many reading this who could set up such sites/systems.

That's fine... just decided to let people know in case they decided to try to sign up thinking maybe they had adult stuff.

yes

sorry

i posted it as an example.

i thought others could develop it as a new tool.

a bit like banners and stuff.

i think program owners may consider doing it themselves.

probably could work in a nats system.

a nice too to offer affiliates to use on there site.

yes

if you havemainstream this firm 'may' be good for you.

if you do go with them, it will be down to how many sites they have there 'captcha' thing on.

halfpint 10-01-2010 09:22 AM

ohhh I like that captcha thingy :)

Nice find and thanks for sharing

DVTimes 10-01-2010 10:28 AM

glad u like

CaptainHowdy 10-01-2010 10:47 AM

Looks soilid...

96ukssob 10-01-2010 10:52 AM

actually very cleaver :2 cents:

PXN 10-01-2010 10:54 AM

absolutely creative

Kenny B! 10-01-2010 11:02 AM

Great idea, now who will be the first to write the script?

DVTimes 10-01-2010 06:18 PM

cool stuff

scouser 10-01-2010 06:44 PM

there are only so many slogans etc that each company would want you to write about them, so it would be no problem for spammers to even just brute force it. Hire someone to copy down all the possible "answers", and you just gotta work out what company logo is shown.

good idea but i don't think it has any real use. it would just get abused quickly. maybe something like this is why google bought that re-captcha though

Agent 488 10-01-2010 06:54 PM

you are stupid and have no understanding of human psychology.

Si 10-01-2010 07:18 PM

It's a semi-good idea.

Relating your brand to something that pisses people off will suck! like Agent 488 said.

On the other hand, and this may not be 100% true worldwide but some of the most annoying cunts and annoying music etc. are the most popular, popular probably isn't the right word but there ya go.

Getting inside people's heads is a winner, if done properly.

opflix 10-01-2010 07:35 PM

interesting.... :thumbsup

czarina 10-01-2010 07:42 PM

it;s actually a really cool idea

DVTimes 10-02-2010 04:36 PM

bump...............
