If this theme does everything it claims, wow! This theme could make updating some of my blogs (adult and mainstream) freaking easy and hassle free.

Do you have any experience with this developer and their support? I recently got burned by one of theme forest's developers. Bought the theme and their support is horrible. Ask a few questions and it takes days to get an answer, and when they do finally reply, most of the questions were completely ignored.

I know there are a lot of companies turning out themes for theme forest and most are pretty reliable. Just wondering if you ever dealt with this group personally?
