I'm so tired everyday while digging this frigging soakaway in our garden! The builders said it would be £3k or more because of the amount of digging that had to be done, so, Im doing it myself :Oh crap

Building laws says, soakaways have to be more than 5mtrs away from the home & obviously the pipe has to drop in level... so when you have tiered gardens, you have to dig, then dig some more!

I'm nearly there with the digging, just working on it for an hour or so every day, getting another couple of feet further everyday. When its finished, the whole shall be about 3mtrs into the ground :helpme

We'll have some nice steps going up to the garden then upto the pool, so it should be great for the parties & stuff in summer :2 cents:
