Ounique.com out of business as of 10/31/2010
 

I received a letter today from content broker Ounique, with two checks and a letter saying they're closing on Halloween, and the site will be down from November 1st.

They were a great source of revenue for me from the late 90's through about 2006, then the checks got a lot smaller, so I stopped sending them content.

Sic transit gloria mundi.

I thought they closed down years ago?

That's a shame.. But then again it's understandable given how "dead" they've been the last couple years.

that is unfortunate...more and more are going down these days

Businesses go in and out of business. The quest for more revenue continues. There could be discontinued operations. Everything is always under construction. It's not good when a business suffers losses of income instead of profits. This business with losses of income may have to be closed.

Wow.. that's a really old school program...

I bought two of their $1000 special packages in the past.
The content was already old and overused back then, though.

I thought they were gone a long time ago.

They did not update for quite some time now.

I heard one of their new ventures is the underwear brand www.andrewchristian.com

I bought so much from them.

I have known him at his work companies since but I always associate Ounique with Don Mike ..anybody know where in the industry he is working now? I mentioned him in a thread a few weeks back and was told he is still around.
