so epassporte goes to the wall,
alarm bells ring, so i get in touch with all companies that pay to epassporte
on 3rd september to change payouts to check payments....

aebn - i send them an email to let them know i want check payouts from now on on 3rd sept.

aebn - 4th september - account shows all apyouts now through check...

10th sept - normal aebn payout day to epassporte - doesnt happen - great i think they are sending a check.

roll forward to this weekend...........no check arrives.........
log into epassporte....FUCKING BINGO - THEY PAYOUT TO FUCKING EPASSPORTE

WHAT THE FUCK IS AEBN STILL PAYING OUT TO THIS FUCKING COMPANY FOR, AND WHY DID YOU FUCKING IGNORE ME WHEN MY ACCOUTN SHOWS CHECK PAYOUT ON 4TH!!!!

so i speak to my account rep today.....

"sorry i cant change your account details myself, the account dept does that " - well someone has changed my account on 4th to check payouts!!!! and by the way, you are my account rep, my point of contact....so you deal with it....

so why did aebn pay late ( 2 weeks late) ?
"The reason why we sent Epass payments a little later is because we were waiting a few days to make sure the payments went through just fine"

well what the fuck is that supposed to mean?
and why did you ignore my request to pay with check?

I don't post here much, but that sounds a lot like what happened to me...

Sept 3rd... I request forms to change..
I'm told its changed just fine by my rep.
I then ask her if things are online for payments as normal. Are checks going out ok. She says yes...
Next week she tells me, uhmm no I was mis-informed...
we are waiting for everyone to turn forms in before payments go out.
I say ok...
Next week, I'm told looks like it might be this week.
Friday KaBAM...
I have a new message from Epassporte... I login thinking it might some new news...

its a payment from AEBN more Epass fun money...

looks like companies dumpin epass funny money...and if you can get it out..then you are the lucky one.

now they are saying they are contacting epassporte to TRy and reclaim the funds....

oh yeah.................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like epassporte staff are just sitting there doing fuck all, just waiting for the phone to ring, and then like, hey yeah sure, we will transfer it back to you.

these guys at epassporte are on the bones of their arse...and so readily gonna be transfering money back, they are trying to stay afloat here....!!!

its fucking laughable it really is, then next aebn will be saying...oh we cant get the funds back...
