Egold and Moneybookers have been around for years!

Why should we use something new like Paxum when these guys been around way longer?

moneybookers = very stable

their bank relations makes adult impossible though and i don't think it will ever change. they have a big market in gambling and will never risk that...

But I remember when MoneyBookers was an option to get paid in 2004/2005 and after that, it was dropped from Adult and Casino business!
I also read on GFY about this. Just do a search, I remember last week I read a post where it was mentioned!

Ok then, I guess we have to dump them. I've heard nothing bad of them until today but I'm sure you right, I've never seen so much "lol's" in a row.

Klen 09-27-2010 05:28 AM

Well i could write on and on whats happened to them, but lets just say they had something similar what happened to webmaster checks.

adult-help 09-27-2010 05:34 AM

1.some dont accept adult.
2. if sponsors dont pay to these services it is useless to most affilaites

Chris 09-27-2010 05:39 AM

hahahahahahaha tried to use moneybookers for payouts and it ended badly. They do not accept adult.

The name Paxum may be new but the people behind it have a very good rep within the industry :)

Yeah! And not to mention that they were accused by account holders of "fraud and fake account hacks"
On the same week in june 2006, lot of accounts were "hacked" (including mine). All them with +1k on balance. Support never reply an email, call or fax.
I remember it was jun-30, I got an email saying my egold password/email were changed.
Go to egold.com, tried to login and i never got the pin to access.
Call them! No reply. Leave about 5 messages. Sent 4 web forms requesting that my account get blocked! Sent 2 faxes!!!
No reply on weekend, but I tried to call them. I made +30 calls
No reply next Monday.
After that, July-4th, so no work.
Finally I got a call back on Jul-5, the operator gave me a new password to access. After that, my account had only $0.53 of balance (I had +15k)
All money was transfered to fake egold accounts during the weekend. If they would take my request by phone, email or fax, money would be locked!

Lot of people had the same problem, the same week... Less than 1 month after this problem, they got their accounts frozen, and the CEO was arrested!

"Three directors of e-Gold had been “convicted of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business,” the DOJ said."

from here: http://www.eweekeurope.co.uk/news/ma...aundering-9904

Money bookers at one time was a good alternative for us until they made the decision not to accept adult transactions.

LongBG 09-27-2010 05:48 AM

I'll be asking my sponsors to add CashX. Much better than the other alternatives and they allow adult.

Klen 09-27-2010 05:50 AM
