I was checking one of my other webmaster forum and saw there is company https://www.paxum.com/ marketing them on forum.

I need to please is it worth to signup? Who they are ? and where they based? any idea... Can we use alternate to EPASS?

Payoneer.com is for years a perfect alternative
It is being pushed by the bigger sponsors for years now and no problems since start.
They have their OWN FORUM on payoneer.com and they have a DEDICATED SECTION on the forum of AWEmpire.com

What more do you want?
