Used to be council block. The north facing flats have a nice view up and down the river as it's on the outside of a bend.

I was going to say Deptford is a shithole but without knowing how far away Sarah can see it from I might suddenly get a hand reach out from my router and strangle me.

Deptford is a total shithole. I live in Thamesmead..which you can maybe just about see from there. I can certainly see Canary Warf very clearly from here. My train line goes through Deptford and whenever we reach that station I feel like I would lock the windows if it was a car. If somebody from Thamesmead says that you know you are in a bad area.

Ok I'll say it for you. Deptford is a shit hole, along with Peckham, New Cross, Rotherhithe and Lewisham. Even Surrey Quays was looking run down the last time I went there.

That rivers not smelly anymore.. its been cleaned up a lot over the past 10 years, you've got salmon in there now.
