But seriously let me tell ya something, i knew a guy at school who joined them..

When he came back he started trying to tell all his friends about them, asking them about Jesus - he lost all his friends.

They basically took him to some camp and brainwashed him..

Have fun knocking on doors and being told to fuck off.

And don't do anything dangerous that might need you fixing by a hospital.

I shot a girl recently who was raised a "witness" as she called it. She didn't celebrate Christmas/Easter, etc, had to go knocking on doors with her mom and most sad of all, she told me on the first day of school each year, she had to go to the teacher and tell her she was a witness and therefore didn't celebrate birthdays so when a kid brought in cupcakes or something for their birthday, she would have to go wait in the hallway while they had their little party. Isn't that sad? :-(

There's more to this story but I'll leave it at this for now. :-)

It's not fun and it can make kids that grow up that way either very driven or huge messes.

It is to prevent the "witness" from developing an individual identity. The cult wants their sheep to have the cult's group mentality.

I tolerated him for a long time, because he never tried to push it on me, but we had a conversation once where he made the absolute statement...

I said, really man, how can you say that with certainty? I mean there are many many witnesses in the world, in different locations etc, and you cant tell me that not ONE has ever 'kiddy fiddled' ? I mean other religions have had it happen... But you say that it has NEVER happened, EVER?

I actually know 2 Jehova's witnesses. One guy and one actually pretty cute girl. But of course if you're no witness yourself, don't even try anything - now she's married to another witness. Same goes for the guy I know, btw - his wife is also a witness.

I also used to know a girl in high school who was born into a Jehova's Witness family. She left that retarded so called "religion". She was very shy, had almost no friends, didn't look very good - you barely ever noticed her. Then I once met her like a year or 2 after she left and thought OMFG, what a BABE she is. Too bad I met her too late and someone else noticed it earlier :D Btw, her leaving had the "small disadvantage" of completely losing all contact with her family. EVERYONE of her family. Bastards.

No sense in joining... they have well over 144,000 following their religion so they already done filled up.

Went to school with several of them, was actually friends with one guy in passing. Little straight edge religious skater kid, and he followed the faith correctly. He was a nice guy and never pushed anything on me, so we got along alright. Was an interesting guy, and we talked about a lot of shit as we had common interests at the time. Once in a while religion, though he never ever pressed anything negative on me for being an atheist. He went on to do pretty well for himself. For that matter all the JWs I was in school with that I still know are pretty successful. Ya they`re irritating as fuck when they come knocking on your doors in their little mission mode, but other than that i have nothing negative to say about any of them. Nice little religious nutjobs, and theyhad some hotties for chicks. Me and another buddy actually went to one of their gatherings once on a recon mission... :1orglaugh

Seriously, I lost my best friend to them. He was in love with some girl who cheated on him a lot, but he wanted to stay blind to it. First he went born-again and then took the dive to witness.

He kept inviting me to their brainwashing meetings and after a few times of me saying no and the girl and her family insisting I was too worldly to be friends with him, I never talked to him again. He even got married on my birthday a month or 2 after he stopped talking to me and didn't even send me an invite.

I had one here last month
I seen him again today on a piece of paper sticking on my tree saying " Missing in action "
Poor dude, he must have met someone with a low tolerance

Had a busy day removing all those white papers. Goddamn fools.

Jehova's are nutso. If i'm gonna join a cult, it better be a sex cult. But if you do decide to join the Jehovas, for god sake man, DONT DRINK THE COOL AID!

I'm the first victim. It was terrible...I was in dark...after few refreshing...I saw banners all around me...it was sign...and I am back now :)
