Yes, you send me epass, I send you paypal a minute or less later.

Obviously you can only do this if you have cash in your wallet..

My understanding was that people with money in their wallets can still transfer it to their bank.

Yes, some people can transfer it to their bank themselves. But others can't either because international wires are taking too long or their bank doesn't accept transfers from the routing bank that epass uses.

Logically this transfer is for the those that can't. ;)

Yes, I'm still doing them. But epass will only let me withdraw $300 per day to my CC, even though it says I have a select account.. :disgust so that's my limit.

20% fee, you send me $300 epass, I send you $250 paypal instantly. No waiting time.

If for some reason I am unable to send you paypal (has happened before) I return the money back to your epass account.

I would prefer to do my max daily limit per transaction if possible.
