I Called Visa and St. Kitts
 

I contacted both VISA and St. Kitts bank.

The Visa representative was able to bring up my card via my card number but due to all the security information that is linked to the card, it's handled by the bank. She transferred me over to the customer service number for St. Kitts bank. But you would think that VISA wouldn't let anyone put their logo on a card and have its users for both domestic and international banking be screwed like this. Like I said, the lady at visa was able to pull up my account.

When I was transferred to St. Kitts, I spoke with a lady that seemed annoyed that I was calling, probably due to the high amount of calls she has probably received today. She told me that they were working to resolve the issue and that there will be a statement posted on their website on what's going to be done to fix this issue and how I will be able to get access to my funds.

I am glad people are calling and getting these people annoyed. I am sick of getting the run around over this nighmare. At least we are not getting transferred to some call center that has no idea WTF is going on at Epassporte Call Center. A bank is not going to change its numbers over this matter. If needed, I would fly to the fucking place and get my money locked on this damn plastic card from a St. Kitts Teller.

Anyways, just thought I would share my experience and I am praying for these people to turn back on the cards. Can the bank really fuck over its clients with these cards that have a VISA logo on it? Wouldn't that leave a bad taste at VISA if they were to handle this matter in a terrible manner? Just some thoughts.

Can't Visa apply any pressure on these people to get this resolved? Visa's Logo is on these cards, can't the big dogs make it right for global customers that use this electron cards.

Here is a thought. What would prompt all of this sudden activity over the past couple of weeks? That is, Epassporte Visa abruptly cut off, apparently at the request of the St. Kitts bank, and now take additional action -- i.e., discontinuing Epassporte customers access to the VV database. There are a few possibilities, but given the abrupt and extreme action taken, plus the fact that weeks have gone by with no resolution whatsoever, or even any answers, AND the fact that Epassporte staff seem to have gone completely silent ... Does this not suggest that the matter is legal -- either criminal or civil? I don't think it reasonable any more to buy the EP story that it was just an administrative misunderstanding that will be cleared up soon.

So ... What could it be? How about either tax evasion or money laundering investigation. It is quite possible that the silence from EP is court ordered -- so as not to interfere with the investigation, and possible arrest of people.

Oh, and if the attention of authorities was not already attracted -- I suspect it will be now after public forum discussions about certain individuals having $100,000+ socked away on a foreign virtual Visa card.

As they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. They will want to fix this ASAP to stop the onslaught of calls and bad press.

Good work. I suggest everyone call at least once for each testicle you own plus one. For most male epass card holders this would be 3 times. For women it could be a great multiple of that number depending how many pussy whipped boyfriends they have.

annoying phone operators and Indian call center people doesn't really accomplish anything. It's not like calling a call center or even a secretary is going to move the process along any faster.

They are the least caring and least involved in the situation as a whole.

As for the ones who's card expires on or before September 30th, they are most likely looking at a wire transfer to their bank account. Even on an expired card the money is still legally yours.

ya... mine too.. but I paid the renewal fee at the beginning of the month, but never got my card..

However, Michael O personally assured me they would refund me my $35...
