So the actual situation with Epass is...
 

1) Epassporte is out of business (dead)
2) The moneys are in SKNA National Bank are really safe (at least so far) because SKNA is not planning to runaway with our moneys and disappear like Mallick & Co.

This info we have got directly from the SKNA. We also were assured that SKNA will work out a way to allow its creditors (us) to withdraw the money. They say the solution should be ready up to September 30th.

However I believe it will be good it we double-secure the process and will go for a joint legal cause as Shap suggested in this topic.

yes putting any trust in a canned statement from some secretary when all information from the situation's participants have been 100% lies seems naive.

when bank says some account is closed i would think they mean the account is closed with them not an actual company closed :2 cents:

Money is safe? By how much though. They have said that no everyone will get their money back. Looks like the books don't balance.

yeah how are they going to decide who gets money and who doesn't?

any source on this? that was my first thought 20 days ago regarding why they were closed by the bank - but haven't seen or heard anything about it.

Probably by who can make proof, ID's etc

I wouldn't get your hopes up, first in line will be big sponsors who have lawyers working on it... if anything is left over after that, only then will the small guys receive any $$$... :2 cents:

sometimes people get paid out like ten cents on the dollar in situations like this. something to remember as well.
