During these 3 weeks they gave no real information, only asked to wait and used empty words, like "funds are in motion" and everything we all know.

Michael O, Chris Mallick and epassporte: your credibility is none, you have been hiding the information about the issue, still we don't know what the problem is.

Now it's 100% clear we will not recover our money

Pd: I've also seen him online at 4:16, he is reading, hope he posts something useful

I am trying to find out what the issue is with the ACH/Credit card withdrawals.

I have shared all the information I have received from management but so as you can see I have been just as much in the dark as everyone else. I have pushed for more information to be given out with no success.

i think an intelligent person knows that you only have access to the information given to you and that you are doing the best you can with the information you have/are allowed to release..

Just wondering why employees representing Epassporte use fake first and last names, why do they not use their real name, what is the reason for this? I never understood why the need to use false names when representing a company like that.

Many people who work front line of customer service with daily customer interaction use fake names. This to avoid having any potentially angry or upset customer coming after themselves in person after work hours. Saves them from being tracked down on Google, Facebook and the likes to be threatened or harassed over doing their job.

Especially in a high risk industry like adult, I easily see that people working front line of support would use pseudonumes and aliases to avoid any potential knuckle head, which we all know there's plenty of here.
