During these 3 weeks they gave no real information, only asked to wait and used empty words, like "funds are in motion" and everything we all know.

Michael O, Chris Mallick and epassporte: your credibility is none, you have been hiding the information about the issue, still we don't know what the problem is.

Now it's 100% clear we will not recover our money

I am trying to find out what the issue is with the ACH/Credit card withdrawals.

I have shared all the information I have received from management but so as you can see I have been just as much in the dark as everyone else. I have pushed for more information to be given out with no success.

Many people who work front line of customer service with daily customer interaction use fake names. This to avoid having any potentially angry or upset customer coming after themselves in person after work hours. Saves them from being tracked down on Google, Facebook and the likes to be threatened or harassed over doing their job.

Especially in a high risk industry like adult, I easily see that people working front line of support would use pseudonumes and aliases to avoid any potential knuckle head, which we all know there's plenty of here.
