Question to payoneer users
 

do you get an email from payoneer when they sent you a card? I only see that my card is xxxxx and 4 numbers, but I dont know if it was sent already
please advise thanks

Yes, if you got email "Your Prepaid debit MasterCard card has been approved!" then they already sent you the card.

how is payoneer support?

i remember when i first got my payoneer card there was some delay. they said it was sent and it took a couple weeks longer than they expected. works good tho. i use Payoneer as a payout option for our 2checkout account when i need faster access to cash.

are sponsors using it now or something?

I had my card for over a year now, u dont need a card for each sponsor, and payoneer support is almost non-existent!

non-existant support? why do so many of you think its the best new option then?

I had a support request answered by their support. Not ultra fast, but reasonable. Dont know what you guys are talking about.

They took about 10 days to merge 2 accounts, not fast but... its working now

So I can;t get a card directly from them if I am not a US resident I have to get one through a sponsor? Is that card then exactly the same as if I got it direct or is it some how limited? I couldn't work it out from their site

Is true that every transaction they charge with $7.5 fee ?

No, I think it depending on transaction amount and currency.

how do i sign up?

Through some sponsor that have added payoneer as payment option! :thumbsup
