Its a big fucking farce. It's a waste of time and money. As long as there are people wanting to get lit, high, toast, or whatever there will always be drugs. Kill the consumer and there's no need for production. But we all know there will always be the need to get lit, high toast or whatever. I think the Government should concentrate its time and money on more important issues like time travel and make sure there's a plasma screen TV in every American household by 2005.
