Hey Fox News watchers - Why wasn't Bill O brought up on conspiracy to commit murder charges?
 

Fox News' Bill O'Reilly called out for the murder of George Tiller for years before finally getting his wish. Un-fucking-believable that he is not in jail.

George Richard Tiller, MD (August 8, 1941 – May 31, 2009[3][4]) was an American physician from Wichita, Kansas. He was the medical director of a clinic in Wichita, Women's Health Care Services, one of only three nationwide which provided abortions after the 21st week of pregnancy (known as late-term abortion).[5]
Pro-life group Operation Rescue kept a daily vigil outside Tiller's clinic for many years: first the national group, then later a branch that moved from California to Kansas specifically to focus on Tiller. On August 19, 1993, outside of the Wichita clinic, Tiller was shot in both arms by Shelley Shannon, who received an 11-year prison sentence for the crime of attempted murder.[6][7][8] On May 31, 2009, Tiller was shot through the eye and killed, by anti-abortion activist Scott Roeder, as Tiller served as an usher during the Sunday morning service at his church in Wichita.[4][9][10] Jurors deliberated 40 minutes before convicting Scott Roeder of murder on January 29, 2010.

Bill O'Reilly and that mexican moustache guy had a segment on their show a couple years back where they told people they "Dont approve of violence, but if someone were to kill (I forgot his name, but apparently he had molested a kid or something), we basically wouldnt have a problem with that." Now, how the fuck is that psycho-preacher going to tell me what i can or cant say on my show?

Sorry I don't see the call to murder in O'Reilly's speech. You may not want him to report about the number of abortions taking place in one doctor's clinic for your own political reasons. If what Bill said is equal to "conspiracy to murder" we don't have a first amendment anymore. All he's doing is reporting the news/opinion.

Ditto. I thought this video was going to contain something like "someone should kill that son of a bitch". If what was in the video is considered calling to murder, then you dickwads that feel that way likely call to murder on a daily basis and probably inadvertently did it in discussion with your buddies about Bill. So if someone kills him, you all have blood on your hands too then, amirite?

Bill is a constant dick on his show, but honestly I can't fault him for seeing a problem with someone who aborts (kills) "fetuses" up to shortly before they would be born (aka babies) for money, and that's all I saw him doing. The last thing he said was a religious thing...he wasn't referring to Judgment Day the movie with Ahnold going after and killing the guy.

The first amendment has very clear and definable limits. Inciting a mob to violence is ILLEGAL.

When your audience is known psychopaths - who have already attempted murder on this abortion Dr. - and you call him "Tiller the Baby Killer" dozens of times over the span of years... and you proclaim he has EXECUTED THOUSANDS of Babies - knowing full well there are anti-abortion murder squads watching your show... you are basically calling out for a hit on the guy.

Bill O'Reilly is just as responsible for this murder as the the guy who pulled the trigger and he should be held accountable.

Some people drive around with bumper stickers that say "Bush Lied, Americans Died". I wouldn't want to see those countless individuals tried for murder because you have a loose definition of "inciting a mob to violence" if some crazy tried to take his life.
