Anyone actually using alertpay?
I finally got my account approved, 10 or 11 days after submitting my documents, and this was only after sending in a support ticket asking when my account would finally be approved.
I sent a payment request to a client and it sent him an email, which contained absolutely no link to actually pay the request. The phone there is always "We're too busy to answer your call" and hangs up on you. Programming errors on the site. It took me forever to submit the documents, had to try 10-15 times because thier script kept locking up. When I finally got it through, it tried to display a .pdf file as an img so I could preview my submitted document. 2-3 days to get a support ticket answered. Has anyone actually used them with any success? They are really looking like a two-bit operation here... I'm not trying to bad mouth them or anything, just asking if anyone here has actually used them and put money through their system. |
I used it once, tried to withdraw 100 dollars or so to my credit card but don't think I ever got them and the cash is gone from my AP account.

I checked out them, and some of the secondary providers. With the volumes I am pushign through in the web hosting, I needed a better solution than the PP and EP's. Out of all those I had checked into, in my opinion, almost all seemed to fall into the same experience you had. Moneybookers seemed to be a bit better. But I am happy as fucking hell to have added in the merchant account Monday. I am looking to have ACH soon, as well as direct wires.
Eliminates this b.s.. :thumbsup |
can you fund it and send another alertpay user money? or you need to be verified first...

epass go back please.......

We added it last week as an option to try and give clients more flexibility with payments. From our end in the US, the setup went smoothly, no issues or delays getting verified, took a few days as described on the site. So far, no one has used it to pay and we haven't funded it, so I can't say how efficient that part is yet.
We added OKPay as well, but I haven't verified that one yet, it seemed to get far more personal for a business account than I liked at first glance. |
We're adding OKPay, AlertPay and Payoneer.
