BBC reports of nasty hotel conditions aside, according to the Economist, India's prospects 20 to 40 years on out looks way better than China's. Expect it to zoom ahead faster in the coming years. I definitely agree--the demographics are there to fuel such growth. China (with the effects of its 1 child policy looming close) not so much.

it is so called high caste ppl who are being discriminated at every step of the way. Their kids needs 95% pass marks to get into prestegious educational institutes, so called low castes need 6%.

what ? I think the people objecting to my honest opinion about India are Indians themselves . I have not been to India myself personally , although I plan to visit in the near future ( I right now am very near to India)

but I have many Indian friends, / know many people who have been to India, the poverty in India is extreme , and no one seems to care , is their general opinion .

Indians dont care about fellow poor Indians, they just let them rot and think they deserve it , of course there are exceptions of Indians who do care, but they are just that , exceptions
