Mother Fucker - Dell support sucks now that they have outsourced support to India.

Those Indian guys are really nice. At night, tech support is from India. During the day, from the States.

I've called both. The support team from the States is rude and for the most part stupid. The India team was very nice and found solutions to all of my problems.

I must have called 20 times in the last month.

The support from the stats always got shit done.. India support was spotty at best. Always took 3 phone calls to get the result needed.

I have been on hold with them for over an hour now.. care to three-way?

Damn.
