who has done mainstream sites in the medical field?

im looking for designers who have already done these (not "I could")

my client has a plastic surgery/cosmetic surgeon/natural medicine clinic.

looking for examples to show them, and dont forget to mention payment methods other than epassporte.

and no tables please. fully compliant xhtml/css, javascript if needed.
