Haven't shot on film for years, maybe as long as 5 years. None of our clients would take sets on film.

Today I'm shredding some of the 100s of slide sets we have sitting here gathering dust. Sad job. :(

I'm in a darkroom class at SMC and one of the exercises was to shoot a series of photos one stop apart, that correspond to the zones in Ansel Adam's Zone System. They're not all black--they range from film base + fog (clear negative) to zone X (maximum black on the negative).

Thats real cool. I did that stuff when i was in college.I Still got all of my BW prints. Was really good at making me understand all of the subtle dynamics of photography.
