Slow Checks and Problems In January?
 

For the last 2 years as a webmaster my first or second check from sponsors in January always arrives late.

I am just wondering if any of you know what causes this. Some of the ideas that crossed my mind are

1) Companies getting their tax forms to all affiliates.
2) Less income from holidays.
3) Slow mail overall for some reason?


If any of you has a theory on this let me know. Also there always seems to be more complaints about bounced checks, no checks, late checks, wrong pay etc.

Do adult programs suffer through the holidays or is this just and odd occurence?

I see there are many complaints now for many different sponsors.
