Why did someone - several weeks again - NOT begin - A Class Action Lawsuit against Epassporte and their US Holdings - on behalf of all of us - so that we could make a contribution and get these bastards made accountable for what they are not doing??????????????????

There is nothing to sue for. Your funds are still there. It may still take a while to get paid by Epassporte is still in business and transactions will continue as normal, only probably not with Visa.

You should cut them some slack. I don't know anything about how their business works but I'm sure its full of complex banking and legal relationships that will take a while still to sort out. Any legal action towards them would be expensive and time consuming, and probably unnecessary at this point. And besides, this as a good a chance as any for the Adult Community to offer good thoughts and advice to one of our own who has provided such a reliable and valuable service to just about everyone here in the past 7-8 years. They could probably use a little support instead of fake "class-action" drama. Come on...

We have considered our funds, what little we have at Epassporte, "lost for now". You should do the same and concentrate on making new money.
