ePassporte phone service gone, what's next? I've lost all hope on this.
 
I was optimistic that all will end well but more bad news coming out. Now epassporte phone service is fucking dead and it is not a good sign indeed. Who knows If they are packing the bags (or already packed) where there is no further announcement? Seems very strange really.

It is also quite possible that their staff members have left them because they know that Mr. Mallick is not going to pay them anymore. Here is the message :

We are currently experiencing an interruption of phone service at our Customer Service Center. We apologize for any inconvenience and working to have phone service restored. Until service is fully restored, please feel free to contact us by either logging into your ePassporte account and sending us message through the ePassporte Message Center or by sending us an email at [email protected]

Although I don't have a lot of money stuck there but Its very sad to see a very convenient way of getting paid going under. Unless some miracle happens, I'm done with ePassporte. I've already written off the money and feel sorry for everyone who lost their money.

Looks like its time to move on.... :(:(:(

That's great news for your call center workers. Wouldn't want them to not get paid... You know like all of us.

Now what about everyone else? Really, what kind of a company that is responsible for holding others assets or money feels it is appropriate to release the kind of shitty statements, weeks apart with no real information.
