I can't even say that Payoneer looks good, but right now it is the only working ePass alternative.

Payoneer isn't very good when it comes to support. Even if you manage to get an account with them, prepare to wait from a few days up to a week or 2 each time you ask for support. I really hope they don't become the industry standard. But they're better than nothing.

Yeah, i think you must follow a link from a sponsor.
At least, this is what i've done a couple of years ago.

I don't know about other sponsors, but when you sign up from AWE, it is absolutely free to get the payoneer account and card.

i dont see a link to sign up either...thats weird you can only sign up through an affilate

what's so good about it? as far as I understand, they transfer money to your master card that you can withdraw or spend, they don't do p2p transfers so you can't transfer funds to other people... what's so special about that ?
