Anyone transfer iTunes (iPhone/iPad) between Mac and PC?
 

Everything has been stored on my old Macbook which is becoming a pain to use because it is only for syncing my iPhone and iPad.

Rather, id like to move everything to my desktop but it seems like this is rather a pain in the ass to be honest. Anyone done this before? I'm not just looking to move music and apps, but EVERYTHING include playlists, etc.
