Now that I think about it and am getting purchase offers, I think with one of you guy's help that (a) has time and (b) are experts at affilates/tubes/exposure I can start making money with this site and might like to hold on to it.

This site has NO exposure online... I mean we don't even have the simple ccbill galleries or any affiliates pushing people to the site! That's pretty simple stuff. I know how to do it but I'm not an expert and I already have enough on my own plate runnng my own marketing/internet design firm.

I think most solo-girl sites bring in a somewhat consistent revenue (of course it flucuates based on girl) so if you guys can take a look and let me know how much to expect based on what you can do, then this could work out well for the both of us! there's not much to tackle. I've produced nearly 200 sologirl websites, some are huge sellers, some suck ass. You're girl is cute..'ok' but nothing different about her..nothing special..but with that said..you can take a regular looking girl and do very well..such as http://rileyrebel.com , times have changed and if u do a Fetish or niche type site such as http://cruelchloe.com ( her clips make a ton for me) u can make more than the typical 1-3 sales a day which is where your girl will end up at. I can take a medicore chick and focus on a particular part , such as a BIG ass and focus the content/site on her ASS..and hit all the ass worship fans, such as http://roxy.shakinit.com and http://destiny.shakinit.com these pages do very well and sell more than some affiliate sites. A "SOLO GIRL" is really nothing nowadays, you have to shoot the RIGHT content..the girl's look is actually 2nd place now to the type of content you shoot w/ that girl...here's another site that hits the nail on the head http://www.fuckablelola.com/

So I've heard from a few people that 1 to 3 sales per day should be achievable for his site pretty easy. That's what I want but that would require to get her out there on all of the affiliates and push her. I am looking for someone to help me with this, to get the exposure because I don't have the time to do it myself (unless someone just wants to buy this from me and do it themselves). Now if you're that person I could either pay you a set flat-fee to help me with exposure or partner up somehow.

I know there must be quite a few of you able to do this, question is who wants to help and make some $$$'s. Let me know if you just want to charge me a fee and what you can do or if you want to partner up.

Maybe some do, and most are sincere, but you won't make bank with that site, not on its' own. 1000 pics and 20 videos and what do you expect someone to pay for that? $29.95? $24.95? How about $14.95 MAYBE

Traffic is King so who's going to get you yours? Again, IMHO it would take thousands of hits to get a single sale off a site like that.

And I'm looking for the person to get me that by putting me on all affiliates, tubes, and driving people to the site. I know I'll have to do revenue share with affiliates but regardless if I can do 1 to 3 sales/day (considering the site average) then that's good monthly revenue.

Just estimating 2 sales/day (average of 1 to 3 estimate) at $24.95 x 30 days/mo = $1497/mo. Now say 50% of that goes to affiliates so end up with approx $750/mo.

Now, that's not bad because over the course of a year that'll be $9k. If that works then just get a network of sites going and that's good revenue. I know this is the standard solo-model and there are ways to increase that rev.

Thoughts, guys? Let me know if you think I'm right on target or waaaay of base. So I just need that person to help me start generating sales!!!

So, you have $750 a month, but you gotta pay the bills. Hosting, 15% to CCBill, oh, and the model. How much is she gonna charge to do 4 shoots a month to keep it updated?

DaddyzHome: Good point, have to count the other reoccuring expenses. So hosting is covered and pretty cheap anyways, but 15% to CCBill ($113/mo) and say a weekend shoot with model for $350/mo for content = $287/mo. So the model and constant updates is the main issue.

Starting to get a clearer picture guys, really appreciate the scoop. Any other threads like this on here that you guys know of? I did a search but didn't find anything like these estimations and this is info is GOLD to know!

So, if he designed that site a couple of years back, he had to have taken the content a couple of years ago which would make you wonder if the girl would even still be interested in doing more pics this much later and also, you have to wonder how much she's changed in those couple of years.

PS: Little modifications to the site are no problem and getting new content isn't a problem either -- as long as we can start seeing a return. Seriously though, I might not want to "fight the good fight" so someone just buying it and adding it to their solo-girl sites might be the best route.

Best of luck to you, but to be honest, you don't have a lot on the table. You have a limited amount of content, a site design, and other "back-end" stuff, CMS, billing, etc.

The problem is, your ideal person is someone who doesn't have anything set up already... no billing, no current members area or network, etc. But, you're not going to get that, because that same person would be in the same boat you're in now, because they would have no idea what they're doing either (I don't mean that in a bad way to you).

The flip side is you find someone who already runs a network and would add your site to theirs. But, they would already have billing, they would already have a content management system, etc... so all they're buying from you is a site design and content. They can get that themselves with little work and minimal cost.

So, your choices are to a.) sell outright, but because of the above I don't think you could ask very much; or b.) find a partner, but because of the above I don't think that would work for you or a potential buyer.

Also, I think some links to a cpl of picture previews or galleries would help with sales....


Its hard to make it with new sites these days, unless you already have a load out there. Maybe if GFY would try all the sites out for a month or so, we could all find we make the big money :winkwink:

I'm no solo girl pro, but updates and customer interaction should help with rebills if that's still possible.
