Remembering seeing those back in the days when there were a bunch of sites with information on hacking directv. When Murdoch bought in, they got serious about hacking and a bunch of those sites got shut down.

And domains don't matter too much. It's not the same as a porn site where none of the members know each other so word of mouth covers a domain change. Also they can just use their members email database to tell everybody it has changed.

They just register a new domain and are back up within days.

If you look at the analytics of any of these sites the vast majority of traffic is coming from the US. Steve is on the right track - block the traffic coming from the states and THEN you are then breaking some kneecaps and motherfuckers will start to crumble.
