I represent a very well funded buyer of large opt-in email lists who is looking to buy adult lists that have source info.

the only people who have that are the companies who run double opt-in email and 4free programs. They pay about a buck for each email so it's going to be pretty expensive to buy lists off those folks.

most of what you're going to be offered are lists that have been sold a hundred times over and they won't include the 'source'.
