1) where do i add the sponsor in the account admin. don't see anything.

2) you have to get a account name off the sponsor? like "pussycash69" or whatever?

1) i think you don't do it in payoneer, you find a link for that somewhere on sponsors website... if you can't find it, ask your sponsor, since payoneer support is shit

2) your account name is your email. you join your payoneer account with accounts of your sponsors.

you go to sponsor and then when choose payoneer link your existing payoneer account to that sponsor :2 cents:

sponsor told me to login and add them to a list and to send them account name. wouldn't i send them one AWE_agent488 or whatever?

Indeed Payoneer support is shit !

Also, i used to have a card with them but never used it. Now i want to use it but it expired 2 months ago. I contacted them 5 times, never got a reply.

You can ask them to activate it again, but you'll need to pay something like $10. But, they'll not unblock your card (one you already have), but send you a new one. You should send them your name, address and some more shit on their support mail.

But, you can apply through different sponsor for a new card (still u must wait,but at least it's free + less stuff to do), and when you get it connect your account at your sponsor with your new payoneer.

I've sent their support 2 emails too without a reply, been 4 day's now. Sucks balls. They need to get a specified adult rep on the boards and icq asap!

thats true! I needed to wait 10 days and over 8 emails (only 3 got reply) and finally today me old Payoneer account was merged with my new account and all sponsors accounts are on the same card. Support is slowly, only by emaiil I didnt chat or phone with them!

Thanks for this info, but I'm still a little confused. I joined via PussyCash. I tried to login with my email address but it doesn't work. The thing is, I was never asked to use a password when I signed up. I thought that it said I could use PussyCash login details when I signed up. It did say something like that.

I added couple more sponsors on my list http://www.payoneersponsors.net/

my pussycash card was accepted and now i have to wait 10 days to receive mine card. lets hope atms here will like it :)

If they are adult friendly and the epass fiasco goes on for months, this could be the new industry standard.... I've ordered mine today.

So far I had terrible experience with Payoneer support, if there will be good alternative anytime soon I will drop Payoneer without any doubt.

Yea 3 support emails from me over the last 5 dy's and no reply. They are throwing away this good opportunity that epassporte and visa has created for them.

Here are a few FAQ's to help answer questions. I will also try addressing individual questions the best that I can.

1. Can I link an existing card to other Partners?
Yes, you can. When you are on the Payoneer landing page (aka card sign up) you have the option to link your existing card rather then fill out information for a whole new one - on the upper right side of the page you will see "If you already own a prepaid MasterCard card from Payoneer, Click Here!". You will be asked to fill out your card number, user name, and password for your existing account. Once you do this your card will be automatically linked to the new partner and you will be able to start receiving payments.

2. Do I need a card for each Partner?

No, this goes along with the above question. As long as you link your card to all the Partners you work for you only need one card.

3. How do I get a card?

You need to get a card through one of our many approved Partners - LiveJasmin, MyFreeCams, Streamates, IMLive, etc?

4. Do I need to be a US citizen?

No, as long as you have a valid Picture ID (i.e. passport, drivers license, country ID) you are eligible to apply for a card.

5. How long does it take to get my card?

Cards are shipped within 2 business days of approval, depending on where you are in the world it can take up to 25 business days. The cards are shipped from the US via standard mail. This may sound like forever but once you have the card everything else is immediate! You can also call our customer support and pay for express shipping.

6. Can I get a payment even though I didn't get my card?

Yes, once your card is approved you are already able to receive payments from Partners within 2 days on average. You will receive "Good News" emails from us informing you of payments received. Once you accept your payment you will see the balance in your My Account. As soon as you get your card in the mail you will already have funds available for spending - all you will need to do is ACTIVATE your card.

7. Where can I use the card?

Anywhere around the world where MasterCard is accepted; at an ATM or Point of Sale.

8. What are the daily limits?

You have a daily cash withdrawal limit of $2,500. In addition you have another $2,500 to spend at a point of sale (i.e. online, at the gas station, in the grocery store).

We are aware of the support issues however, we have taken on a lot of new partners and there are tons of questions coming in and tons of emails. We are working on amping up the customer support but please be patient as we are experiencing very high volumes.

I will do my best to answer your questions.

In order to sign up for a card you will need to go to your account with one of the partners that we support. There you can choose Payoneer as your payout option (if you so wish) you then should be taken to a landing page with our logo on it. Click to sign up for a card if you do not have one yet.

If you already signed up for a card and have it in hand you can link your existing card to a new Partner Account. On the upper right hand side of the same page you will see "If you already own a prepaid MasterCard card from Payoneer, Click Here!". You will need the full 16 digits of your card, your user name and password.
