Whos interested in buying one of my epass accounts

Its one of my smaller accounts, 13k in the vv.
Selling access to it, you wire me the price we negotiate, and you take the account (and the risk).

Contact info in sig, if im offline leave me a message.

eurabia 09-12-2010 02:14 AM

I don't think there's a legal or even an illegal way to do this. It's against Epassporte terms to give access to other people or to sell your account. And I doubt Epassporte will honor any such arrangements. You will surely get the wire but the person who "bought" your account will be in a world of hurt trying to access the funds even if they become available. Mostly likely the account will get shutdown and funds frozen cause you're simply not allowed to sell epass acounts.

If you could legally transfer the account into someone else's ownership with full Epassporte's full knowledge and approval - that MAY work. MAY. Sharing passwords is plain idiotic.

MichaelO ? :)

If thats correct then ignore my offer.
I'll ask michael if its illegal, untill then this thread can be closed.

When (IF) I want to sell him 80 $100 bills for $13.000 then thats MY problem.

It's a transaction like any other ...
Even when I want to sell him "air" for $13.000 ...

Thats my problem.

Epass has nothing to do with it.

Plus there is no need to give access to your account to do such transaction.

Hmmm Okay ... lemme explain it again.

If you agree to exchange $13.000 epass for lets say $7500 euro's on your bankaccount ... then that's a business transaction right?

It doesn't matter what you sell .

Epass has nothing to do with that .... it is 100% legal.

And how exactly epass would know who accessing account? The only problem would be,if new owner would want to withdraw money directly from account,he wont be able.He would need to transfer money to other epassporte account.

Barry-xlovecam 09-12-2010 04:17 AM

Your agreement with ePassporte is a fiduciary agreement with ePassporte for its services as a Money Transfer Agent.

Your physical VISA card (e.g., a stored value card) is property.

Generally speaking, you can alienate real or personal property ? sell, transfer or assign.

(*Not to be construed as legal advice.)

Emil 09-12-2010 04:22 AM

I'll take it now. $1000

Got epass?

Jack Sparrow 09-12-2010 05:24 AM

So, its not illegal and allowed to do this?

Serge Litehead 09-12-2010 05:36 AM

read their tos and contract and if you do manage to sell it don't forget to fedex visa card just in case. tbh not sure how legit is for the actual card to change hands

Barry-xlovecam 09-12-2010 05:44 AM

The VISA card may be property of VISA ? the funds stored on it are yours.

Why are you people even debating this LOL
"Yeah lets make money laundering legal shall we"

FrozenJag 09-12-2010 09:27 PM

Marc,

E-mail me.

cam_girls 09-12-2010 09:35 PM

As ePass is no longer providing a service the TOS don't apply.

Banks sell their customers accounts to debt collectors.

HerPimp 09-12-2010 09:35 PM

Shit, fly out to the bank and make a withdrawal
