Disgruntled ex employee

Okay so I have an ex employee who is NOT happy, because when he left none of the girls said good bye to him. He continued a friendship with his manager (which I did not know), then she ended their friendship because of the fact he was just annoying her. She ended it apparently with no explanation. This pissed him off and he started e-mailing the whole company, saying how rude we are and if *I* (who had nothing to do with this) didn't stop her from saying he was harrassing her, he was going to SUE ME!

I e-mailed him and asked him to keep my name out of it and to stop e-mailing all of my girls, since we all had nothing to do with it, he agreet and apologized.

Then he comes out with a site name copying one of mine. The design is different but the name the same...basically.

So say your site is www.123.com and someone makes www.123.somehost.com What would you do? Anything you CAN do?

Honestly I would say DON'T worry about it. In your business it's all about the talent so if he pissed all of them off and is not trying to steal your girls I wouldn't worry about it.

As far as the domain if he buys his own .com not much you can do there. :2 cents:
