    many webmasters from europe, and all over the word need payments on new debit card

    small sponsors without payments to debit card will gone! (except ccbill sponsors)
    please arrange payoneer before it will be too late

    webmasters who use many small sponsors probably will move to bigger, because
    earnings $100-$200 per month with checks or wires are unprofitable, especially in Europe
