Been trying to get in touch with you guys but no response :( Emailed Tim but no reply and even messaged sales/support and nothing :( someone give me a shout please :(

They always get back to me very quickly.

looks like Tim is on vacation based on his fb posts. they will get back to you soon.

they sent out in their newsletter and its all over their site that tim is on vacation with family for the american holiday. it also says who you should contact until he returns. looks like they covered bases pretty damn good to me.

Didnt see the newsletter :( Ok thanks guys I will go to their site and see who's handling things... but as I said I had emailed sales/support twice as well, and over a week ago... maybe just a glitch... :Oh crap

All over their site, well I cant see any mention of it on the home page of VideoSecrets, nor on their news page ???... where abouts you seeing this "all over" ???

jeff has been gone from videosecrets for quite some time. my understanding from reading some other boards is he works for break media now.

Still nothing from Video Secrets :( Emailed Tim, Eddie, Sales... and no one can reply, pretty sad ! :disgust

They always reply within 24 hours

They suck ass. We USED to rep them, takes them WEEKS to return emails. No matter how much traffic we sent them, we only made exactly 2 joins every 3 months. Exactly, no more, no less. Their shaving program is really advanced. (in my opinion.) Glad we pulled out.

Same issues here, no return emails from Tim. No matter how many times I have emailed him.

Pretty bad show... I have emailed every one and their mother for the last 10 days, guess our business aint that important to them :disgust
