Verotel has taken about 3 weeks so far to approve our account after receiving a signed contract back from us, and Ibill is dying.

Any other companies doing phone billing (including European surfers) that are well established and reliable with their payouts?

There are several SMS type companies hit all of UK and various other countries. Is that what you are looking for or 1-900?
