Apple publishes app review rules - Porn still a no no
 

Interesting. Read Xbiz article here. I have to wonder, though, just how long until someone (or a group of individuals and/or companies) sues Apple, in the U.S., arguing that their First Amendment rights to free speech/expression are being violated by Apple's policy. I don't live in the U.S., so I am not very familiar with the U.S. Constitution or laws. Would such a legal action be possible? Or, are such freedoms only in relation to dealings with governments (and not private or public businesses)? Regardless, perhaps there is some other law, even those pertaining to anti-competitive business practices perhaps, that could be used.
