from all the vague "news" we received from epass and Chris for me the most puzzling is stil his signature "for eppasporte", not "owner/ceo" etc...god know where he is and who has seen him last..it is interesting to me though that no one here knows anyone who can tell where the guy is..i mean i am guessing he was not invisible with al his movies and biz he was doing just month ago...

Are you seriously comparing what has happened with ePass to a traditional high risk environment? That is simply not the case. When you signed up for an ePass account, was there a place that said "please expect your money to be frozen with no real explanation and to be non-accessible for weeks at a time with zero advance notice"? Do you consider banks to be high risk environments? Because for all intents and purposes, ePass has been operating as a bank for years, just like Paypal. Can you imagine Paypal pulling this shit?

You cannot say that people should have been expecting this crap and that they should just be cool with it - that is not at all true.

That's exactly what I said. And 12 Clicks is exactly right. This thing is really labeling people as what they are. if you can't handle the high risk environment, which is where you all work, then leave and go to an FDIC domestic banking setup and sell pots and pans. Even in the domestic landscape if you get an account frozen, it will take you months, if not years to resolve issues sometimes, if ever.

Paypal does the same exact thing bud. Get one of your accounts closed there.

They freeze your funds for 180 days before returning it to you. So I guess you think that Paypal is "safe" then right? Because it is being held for 180 days, and going to THEN be returned after half a year.
