did epassporte operate like a bank?
I'm wondering are epassporte funds backed by real money or did they operate like a bank and just hold a % in reserve?
This is what I am wondering about: "At the request of St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank (SKNA), Visa blocked network access for prepaid cards issued by SKNA and operated by ePassporte.com to address certain program deficiencies." why would the bank ask Visa to block a client? I can see you might do that if you are worried money could go out via cards there weren't the funds to back.. "address certain program deficiencies" hmmm |
no one here is going to know.

The bank operates like a bank and knows that as soon as the funds are open to availability there will be a run. I'm quite sure that is being taken into consideration in any future action taken by them. The way I see it at least one of the two is going under.

could be... they probably spent 22m on movie, that was a disaster and made almost nothing in cinemas... and then it all started...
