Pic of the Day email notification script?
 

Is there a pic of the day script that will email subscribers that there is a new picture available?

that sounds annoying as hell.

Do you think that people would prefer to get the photo in the mail as an attachment or as HTML mail?

If it's a pic of the day, wouldn't it be safe to assume that each day a new pic would be available? Surfers are slow, but I would imagine they can figure that one out. Mailing one out every day might be better, but I would imagine that the subscribers would get annoyed pretty quickly.
