Big concern - ePassporte LLC and ePassporte Marketing LLC are both CANCELED!
 

Guys,

This is something that really really concerns me! Both companies: Epassporte LLC and Epassporte Marketing LLC are canceled as business entities in state of California!!

I just found out that these two companies no longer exist as legal LLCs. The site says the information is updated weeky. Data is updated weekly and is current as of Friday, September 03, 2010

This might be only my false concern and that those two companies were canceled before, but I am not even sure anymore!

I had total confidence that things would work out but after todays announcement and the non existence of anyone with an answer, I've cut my losses.

Both offices in California, and Toronto, are just sitting there 7 days after having their business shut down, with no answers as to why or how.

I think ePassporte restructured things a couple years ago and they may have dumped these companies back then at that time. They are ePassporte N.V., based out of Curacao now...
