Anybody know a good email service site?
 

Hi - anybody know of a solid email service? I don't want targeted opt-in, and not spam fer sure, but rather safelists and a way to reach specific markets.

I looked over http://www.lvisp.com - looks pretty good but I'd rather deal with a site that's been recommended .
