Morgan will replace TV presenter Larry King on the US network CNN, it has been announced.

Good, they are welcome to him.

The Redcoats didn't do so well the last time.

I'm pleased for Morgan as he is a fantastic guy with lots of class...

It's just a shame that we have "divvy" times, troll GFY with no class :pimp

beerptrol 09-08-2010 06:45 PM

I've never watched Larry King and I doubt I'll ever watch the new guy

I do think humour and comic relief is important.
I like to laugh. Ha ha ha.

Actually the second time they came around they burned down the white house, I imagine it doesn't get a lot of play in school history lessons :)

james_clickmemedia 09-09-2010 04:39 AM

I've been trying for years with little success.

Sarah_Jayne 09-09-2010 04:53 AM

As I have said before, I find it amazing that having been fired as a newspaper editor for being involved with making false claims against soldiers is an acceptable thing on a resume for CNN.

CaptainHowdy 09-09-2010 06:02 AM

Calling in the troops...

If you think that is the worst thing about him, you know nothing about him!

No, I don't think it is the worse thing about him. However, having my head in both countries, it baffles me that most patriotic troop-friendly Americans wouldn't be kicking up a storm about him if they were aware of that particular case. Perhaps because it was British troops and not American?

Really, I think he is scum all around.

Sarah_Jayne 09-09-2010 06:12 AM

Not to mention the insider trading slanted issues ..just those two things you would think show up badly on a journalism resume when applying for a job with a news organization.
