Spring Break / Mardi Gras / Pciture taking and posting
 

Hi,

can anybody tell me some legal things in the USA.
If I go to Mardi Gras in N.O. or to Springbreak and take pictures of girls flashing in the public. Am I aloud to use these Photos on Websites. Or does I need a model release from each of these girls?
Is there a difference because the strip in open public?

if its not allowed where get all the springbreak and mardigras sites there content from. Or do they host in Russia or the carribean.... ? Just wondering.

talk to a lawyer. but i think the law is that if you're taking pictures in public and you arent hidding the camera you should be ok. dont quote me though.
