The new codec ended up in the garbage. The video card requirements were too high for the normal surfer (overlay support). We decided to stick to good old windows media services for the streaming format, quicktime, mpeg, and wmv. So instead of a new codec, we are encoding the downloadable movies at 500k/s and leaving the streaming at 300k. 500k is good quality compared to most reality video sites.

So I'm a little confused. I watched this video, and I am seeing your video of night time at Havasu, but I am hearing myself and Eric (aka red eyes) on the audio track telling people to get off of our boat. That audio goes with the video we shot this year at havasu. Why am I hearing it on your video?

I'm not sure how the video guy did the audio overlay, but I know our guy John was shooting on Havasu the same day you guys were out there. I think he brought our girls over to your boat and it was just a big 'ole party havasu style.
