Neither the FBI or ASACP consider anything other than PRE-TEEN to be true CP. Call them (or email) and ask for yourself. Been there, done that.

Someone who is into pre-teens is a pedophile (pedophilia). HUGE fucking difference between a 17 year old girl and a 6 year old girl. A guy who is fucking a 17 year old girl is not a pedophile.

It seems like he posted proof to me, and being that there are news articles all over the place...I would say he is not the accuser.

I'll do ya one better, I pointed out to the FBI where there were 13 - 15 year old girls being shot and sold in the US adult DVD market and online. I even provided them their real IDs. Guess what happened? Nothing. DVDs are still on the shelves and the content is on every VOD site on the internet and several pay sites now. Both Joan from ASACP and several agents from the FBI told me it was "pre-teen" they were worried about.

This is all selective enforcement.
