To you guys saying implants, do you think they are solid silicone pieces or do you think they are possibly enhanced by some sort of injectable?

The only reason I ask is besides the unnatural shape, he also has a very strange texture around the biceps, is there something that could create that? Sometimes on the news I hear about back alley plastic surgeries being done by injecting silicone gel into the skin. Wondering if maybe this is a result of injecting silicone or other product into deep tissue?

Any way you slice it, very unsettling, I kinda feel bad for him, at least he looks happy in the last pic. :(
