Or it looks like its time to start using 2CO or Kagi with Payoneer attached.

for non-US service providers its no use. Tho, I heard payoneer cards allow that funding method.

Xoom has been a blessing. a little more expensive than epassporte, but it's great on an emergency.

What is the problem with Western Union?

Not suitable for paying affiliates for many reasons, neither really safe for both sides, nor comfortable.

I did hear about the ePassporte issue many people are dealing with right now.

We can allow you to sign up for payout purposes only in the meantime as well if you would like. SImply advise me of the email address you will use and I will be sure you get set up properly. Are you able to provide an idea of the volume you intend on paying out on a weekly basis.
