Hey Wouncie

There are some bigger boys on this board that use I-Bill. What I am wondering are they just playing with the smaller fish or is this affecting all I-Bill customers?

Due to my volume I'm what they call a "Preferred Client" or whateva it is. (which for the record, doesn't mean dick) and I had my account rep verify on the 24th while I was on the phone.

Then I recieve an email on Dec. 30th saying that I would not get paid because I didn't verify.

I called Ibill and spoke to my rep. (Wendy ext 4641) and I asked her "So Im good right?" she responded "Not Necessarily ..."

She says that I had to log in personally and register myself. (what she did wasn't verification)

So I ask her to put "Big Time" Larry Goldstein on the phone. (He is in upper level management and has a little better vocabulary, therefore when he tells you to kiss his ass it sounds a little sweeter)

He get's on the phone and the first thing out his sarcastic ass mouth was "So (my name) I hear you want to verify your merchant information without lifting a finger?" I was shocked and knew it was all downhill when he spit out that dumb sarcastic shit out the gate.

Long story short, In his exact words ..... "Sorry, it's not Ibills fault, The blame goes on a 4 letter word, and it's not an explecitive .... It's VISA" With some "Hardy Har Har to it at the end". :321GFY

I tell them I understand all that but I need my problem solved before I hand this phone up! He tells me he will check into it and call me back. Anywho, he calls back and says everything is good, I WOULD still get paid on the first.

The first comes ------> No Wire Transfer!

I call and talk to another rep who says ----> "It's the holiday weekend, you SHOULD have it by Saturday or Monday

Monday ------> No Wire Transfer!

Monday I speak to another rep (Sylvia ext. 4611) she says ---> "Ibill had me documenting as registering on the 30th (the time I had to call back, even though I registered on the 24th) and I would get a transfer on the 8th.

Today (Jan 8th) ----> STILL No Wire Transfer!!

I call Ibill again, this time I can't reach Wendy, Sylvia, or Larry Goldstein so I talk to another rep (Bert ext 6245)

Of course he is clueless and says that he THINKS I am verified before the cutoff date for the Jan 8th payouts, but he needs to talk to management to make sure. Unfortunately "management" are in a meeting being "De-Briefed". So he has to get back with me.

CLIFF NOTES
-------------------> I've been "Ibilled"!!!

I like conspiracy theories so here's mine:

Quote:

We are not required to close the iBill acquisition unless we receive necessary Hart-Scott-Rodino approval. If
we terminate the acquisition agreement for anything other than the failure to obtain that approval or a severe service
outage at iBill, we will be required to pay a termination fee of $5.0 million to iBill
112mil to 0 do to a *service outage*:1orglaugh

I didnt get paid, but here is what I am going to do. I am owed around 20k thus far.

BUT I know since every damn newb who wants his 150 dollars wired is flooding them with email and phone calls, I am going to wait at least another month before I even remotely try and contact them to rectify the sitchuhaytion.

I know I will get paid. I am not worried.

I feel you Labret, but I can't say I would go that route personally.
Wait a month for things to "cool off" makes sense, but not with Ibill.... They have been getting worse by the day! You may call in a month and may not even get through because the reps are busy dealing with the continuing pile of Ibill fuck ups or you may get a disconnected number all together. :feels-hot

Ibill ---> Are you discovering new ground? Or just digging yourself a deeper ditch?

If Ibill are trying to trade their way through trouble (technical, administrative or financial) then I could imagine that they will pay enough people to generate some confusion amongst the client base and keep delaying the rest of us.

Tactically it would make sense to pay some people, obviously IBill have high cash turnover so they could probably pull that off for some time...

However, Im happy for IBill to prove me wrong, I want my money too :)

I cant say I dont find this all more than a little un-nerving. I been with them since 97 and I have been through every single up and down with these people. And they have had some whoppers in the past. Mostly processing related problems, but never payment problems.

I know I havent been paid because my info in the Sponsored Merchant shit thing has is not correct. So mostly, I am to blame myself for not getting paid. But I know what its like dealing with iBill support, and I cant imagine it is any better right now. I imagine it being horrible. I am amazed you got people on the phone!

Fuck it, Ill send them an email and see how long it takes for them to respond.
