iBill - EU check payout 01/07/2003: does anyone already see a check number today?

I know there are a lot of topics on ibill payout problems...

Anyway, after several calls and email yesterday Jan. 7th every ibill employee I had contact with confirmed me that the EU 01/07/2003 checks and wires were sent out yesterday.

CMI says since yesterday evening EU client statements would show up today Jan 8th - our 01/07 statement is viewable since the weekend but all in grey!

We did the payout profile verification several times - Dec 26th and later - everything should be ok. Our payment verification is correct in the system, that is what ibill told us yesterday..

To all you EU clients out there:

Are you seeing a check number for 01/07/2003 statement or still 'check not issued' or 'not recorded' and all the amounts in grey?

If EVERYONE of us EU clients cannot see a check number and amounts are in grey at this time, I assume that it is just a CMI issue (replicator behind etc. etc.) and all the payments actually went out yesterday. CMI just seems to be unable to show an actual check number... (I remember that in the past often some days before a payday the check number would show 'not recorded' and it did show up some time after the payday.)

Again: Any EU client seeing a check number for 01/07/2003?

I don't see anything in CMI after the November 15th. I'ce choosen to be payed only on the 15th of the Month.
I was paid on December 15th but about 1500$ to less. I assume that instead of refunding me the 750$ Visa Fee they billed it again. Since then nothing happend.

I still can't see anything.

Do you also have the note 'not recorded' on valid check date 01/07/2003? And all your numbers in the statement still in grey color?

BTW is the amount you did get OK from your own calculation or is it less or even more than you expected?

yes, i still see not recorded in CMI and in details it is all in grey

the amout looks correct for that period

We expected for a wire transfer yesterday but I have just got follow email from Ibill: "..Your wire will be going out tomorrow. It was supposed to go out in todays transfer, but there was hold up due to some additional information"

i still have not recieved my wire, and it was definitely supposed to be here by today.

Damn...this isn't looking good for you guys. :(

My wire is in.

My CMI merchant totals are now white and check not issued now has the wire number. If I hit valid check dates it has the number for today, but "not recorded" for Dec 15.

My only concern is that they have appeared to charge me the $37 USD wire fee for each master rather than for the actual single wire. This works out for me to be quite a bit, once exchanged in to my local currency.

Thank you Ibill for getting this much sorted out. Despite it being before noon here I am out to celebrate.

i just checked my accounts again, and the wire has *finally* arrived.
